Hi everyone, I've been reading about people paying high fees for buying services from Japan. When I found out how much Rinkya are charging I was gobsmacked. I have been using Sendico which is a buying service with a fixed fee of 500 JPY/ 3.19 GBP/ 4.4 USD (no matter how much or how little you buy. Other than the price of your goods, shipping and the small fee there are no additional charges that you have to pay for the service.
You can buy from stores or bid on the Japanese auctions. You can see everything translated into English and search in English or in Japanese. I recommend cutting and pasting this (Sylvanian Families in Japanese):
into the search bar as you will see more results :)
I'd recommend that you buy from Sendico if thinking of buying from Japan as it will probably save you the cost of a large house (Sylvanian that is). I have added the link on the right for you to save. Happy shopping!

The castle was a little too big to hide, and the King and Queen found out where the villagers were sneaking off to. They were excited and quickly got involved with the planning. They discussed how Rocket loves space and sleeping under the stars.
His wallpaper was an easy decision. His wallpaper has star constellations on it.
They were very pleased. The King and Queen insisted that the main priority was to feed the villagers, before working on rooms that the children would use in the castle. There had already been a wallpaper disaster in the King and Queens bedroom but they insisted to take care of everybody else first. Aren't they sweet?
Here's the progress made this week:
I glue the mdf pieces together and use string to hold the pieces tightly together whilst it dries.
The whole castle has been painted and waxed. Most of the windows have now been fitted.
Need to find some new wallpaper for the master bedroom.

With many thanks to the lovely Livvy Bramble I was able to purchase the Sylvanian McBurrows Mole Family. I'm so happy that a family can now move into the mole house- squuee!
